- Payments are processed via third-party payment processors. JAVASCAPE AI does not store payment details.
- All purchases of AI-generated services are final and non-refundable.

Refunds are only available if:

6. User Responsiblities & Prohibited Conduct

- Engage in activities that violate Cayman Islands law, including:

- Fraudulent digital transactions (Sections 230-233, Penal Code 2019).
- Use AI-generated content to spread misinformation, commit fraud, or harm others.

We actively monitor misuse and will pursue legal action against violators.
7. Intellectual Property & AI Ownership Rights
- JAVASCAPE AI owns all intellectual property related to its AI services, software, trademarks, and website content.
- Users do not own AI-generated content and are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use outputs.
- Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of JAVASCAPE AI’s AI technology will result in:
- Termination of access.

8. Liability Limitations

- Mandatory Arbitration: Users must attempt good-faith negotiations before filing lawsuits.
- Exclusive Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.
- No Class Actions: Users waive the right to file class-action lawsuits.
