1) Before You Checkout
1.1 Confirm the product and quantity
Answer: Make sure you have the correct product(s) and quantity in your cart before you attempt checkout.
Try this:
- Go to your Cart page and confirm the product name(s) and quantity
- Remove anything you don’t intend to buy
- Re-add the product from the product page if something looks off
1.2 Supported browsers and devices
Answer: Checkout works best on modern browsers and a stable internet connection.
Try this:
- Use Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox (latest version)
- Try a desktop/laptop if mobile checkout is acting strange
- Turn off VPN temporarily (some payment systems block VPN traffic)
1.3 Common reasons checkout redirects to Cart
Answer: Some stores require at least one valid item in the cart, and certain checkout states will redirect you back to Cart automatically.
Try this:
- Confirm your cart has at least one product in it
- Refresh the Cart page
- Update quantity (even changing 1 → 2 → back to 1 can refresh the session)
- Clear browser cache/cookies or try an Incognito/Private window
2) Cart Page Help (Before Checkout)
2.1 What you’ll see on the Cart page
Answer: The Cart page shows the item(s) you selected and lets you review the Product, Quantity, and Subtotal, plus the Cart totals (Subtotal and Total) before checkout.
Try this:
- Confirm the correct item(s) appear under Product
- Confirm the Quantity is correct
- Confirm the Subtotal and Cart totals match your expectations
2.2 Change quantity / update cart
Answer: You can change quantities directly on the Cart page, then apply the change using the update button.
Try this:
- Use the minus (–) and plus (+) controls to change quantity
- Click Update cart after changing quantities
- Re-check Cart totals to confirm the new totals are correct
2.3 Remove an item from the cart
Answer: If you added the wrong item, remove it directly from the Cart page.
Try this:
- Click the trash/remove icon next to the item
- Confirm the item disappears and totals update
- Re-add the correct product from its product page if needed
2.4 Apply a coupon code
Answer: If you have a coupon, you can apply it from the Cart page before checkout.
Try this:
- Enter the code in the Coupon code field
- Click Apply coupon
- Confirm your totals update in the Cart totals box
- If the coupon fails, see section 6.1 Coupon code not working
2.5 Cart totals and Proceed to checkout
Answer: Once your cart looks correct, use the Cart totals panel to continue to checkout.
Try this:
- Confirm Subtotal and Total in Cart totals
- Click Proceed to checkout
- If you’re redirected back to cart, review section 1.3 and try again
3) How to Place an Order
3.1 Standard checkout steps
Answer: Ordering is simple: add your product to cart, review cart, proceed to checkout, enter billing details, then place the order.
Try this:
- Add your chosen AI Assistant to cart
- Open your Cart and confirm everything is correct
- Click Proceed to checkout
- Fill in required billing details and payment method
- Confirm your order summary on the right side of the checkout page
- Check the box to agree to the website terms and conditions
- Click Place order
- Wait for the confirmation screen (do not refresh during payment processing)
3.2 Creating an account vs guest checkout (if available)
Answer: Some stores allow guest checkout, while others allow (or require) account creation. On our checkout page, you may see an option to Create an account?
Try this:
- If you already have an account, log in first (via My Account)
- If you want an account, check Create an account? and complete checkout
- If you don’t want an account, leave it unchecked (where guest checkout is allowed)

4) Checkout Form (What to Fill In)
4.1 Required fields
Answer: Checkout requires certain fields to be completed before you can place your order. Required fields are usually marked with an asterisk (*).
Try this:
- Complete all required fields, including:

4.2 Additional information (optional)
Answer: The Additional information section includes Order notes (optional) and is only needed if you have special instructions.

- Leave it blank if you don’t have special notes
- If you do add notes, keep them short and clear
4.3 Email subscription (optional)
Answer: You may see an optional checkbox such as “I want to subscribe email (optional)”. This is not required for checkout.
Try this:
- Leave it unchecked if you don’t want emails
- Check it only if you want updates/newsletters
5) Payment & Billing
5.1 Payment methods (Credit/Debit Cards)
Answer: At this time, we accept credit cards and debit cards.
Try this:
- Enter your card details carefully
- Ensure your billing details match your bank/card issuer records
